It’s been a fascinating summit. I know this is now the 11th Annual HR TECH MENA summit, and the conversation is becoming more timely than ever. As we see AI increasingly embedded in human resources and the employee experience-and with data showing that AI adoption in HR has doubled in the past 12 months-this is truly the perfect time to be having these discussions.

The networking breaks have been excellent. I was impressed by the quality and diversity of the delegates, which led to a wide variety of engaging conversations. There was a strong level of maturity, with delegates not only networking with us as sponsors but also inspiring one another. This dynamic was clearly driven by the effective content at the start of the sessions, which focused everyone on the core themes for the day. Overall, the combination of high-quality content and a great mix of delegates resulted in truly positive and meaningful discussions.

I am thankful of the organizers for their efforts in creating a dynamic platform and for the chance to participate in a dialogue that is essential for the resilience and development of an organization. This type of event is crucial for the purpose of connecting strategy with innovation and for fostering a future that is more human-centric and technology-enabled.

This event has truly been thought-provoking. It has been fascinating to hear such a diversity of thought from the panelists, keynote speakers, and the many delegates I’ve met today. The mix of participants-from leaders of large organizations to start-ups-created a unique chemistry and brought a wide range of perspectives to every conversation. The energy throughout the day has been inspiring, and I am genuinely excited about the journey ahead.

The networking breaks were ample. I believe they were adequately spaced between the sessions so found the delegates to be energetic that is often something we are worried about between breaks. Especially in terms of quality of the delegates we believe that this is a niche event, niche summit which invited people who are particularly interested in HR techs application, in improving HR and delivering HR mandates to their organization.
